John Stephen Saiebilski, 71, of Royalton, died 8:25 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2009 at his residence.
In accordance with John's wishes he will be cremated and there will be no services or visitation.
Mr. Saiebilski was a retired truck driver for Vegter in Addison, IL and Budron in Glen Ellyn, IL.
He was a member of the St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Royalton, a member of the Herrin Knights of Columbus Council # 2164 in Herrin and a former volunteer firefighter for 15 years in Villa Park, IL. He also loved hunting and fishing.
He was born July 28, 1937 in Chicago, IL to Stephen and Catherine (McGhee) Saiebilski.
John was united in marriage to Beverly J. Weilberg on June 15, 1957 in Chicago, IL. She survives.
Also surviving are three daughters and a son-in-law, Karen Watwood of Centralia, Deborah J. and Ralph Kamin of Libertyville, Joan Marie Hendricks of East Peoria; son, John Robert Saiebilski of Wood Ridge, IL; five grandchildren, John, Melanie, Heather, Jacob and Jennifer and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
